OK, I was sucked in. In the city today, we finally tried the iced coffees at a place that has a sign saying
Best in town
I’d seen the sign there on several occasions, and today we caved.
We shouldn’t have.
It was definitely not the best iced coffee in town, and I left the café feeling rather ripped off. Although I was more annoyed that their stupid sign worked and they got my money.

Almost five dollars for some iced coffe is definitely a rip. For five dollars it should have had some Haagen Dazs in it. That might have made it the best in town for real.

‘Caveat emptor’ is said for a reason
Oh, and in response to your previous post, if you have a 12 hour layover, you certainly have enough time to see Tokyo. Just keep in mind that the Tokyo airport (Narita) is not close to the city, and is in fact in a different prefecture.
Look at this link, it may help: http://www.narita-airport.jp/en/guide/connect/book/17-18.pdf
This link explains the bus vs train options for going to and from the airport to Tokyo: http://www.digi-promotion.com/tokyo-info/info-transportation_airport.html
