…because the pictures would probably look virtually the same as yesterday’s photos, but today we went back and put the top coat on. It’s coming together very nicely, and all we have to do now is sand the rest of the wall, paint it and do a few touchups. Then it’s another house clean, wait for the carpet people to come, and that’s it!
The poor little cat was there again today. I’m starting to feel bad for feeding him every time just in case he becomes too dependent on us, but as M says, some food is better than no food. I’m trying to convince M that Frisky and Jack would like another sibling, but I don’t think it’s having any effect. In reality, I doubt we’ll bring it home, but it feels so awful to leave it there in the cold, so I’ll keep trying. The only other potential candidates we have are M’s sister and my sister. If neither of them want it I don’t know what to do.

The saga of the orange cat… Isn’t there some kind of animal shelter you could take him to? I hope he can find a home, but you making him happy as much as you can is nice. I’m sure he’ll be fine even if you stop feeding him; he’s been taking care of himself all this time and he doesn’t look horribly emaciated, so he must have been doing OK. But still, I know how you feel.

aww, poor kitty! I’m awful when it comes to that kind of thing too. If I see a kitty outside, I want to bring him in and make him part of the family. I can’t bear to see kitties suffering!

Steph: Yes, we thought about taking him to the Animal Welfare League or RSPCA, but I’d feel so bad if he got put down. Like you said, I’m sure he’ll be fine if we stop feeding him.
Dawn: Neither can I, it’s so hard
Hopefully someone will want him!

The bread knife saga made you feel wobbly? how do you think I felt!
You will be pleased to know the mister pinkie is healing nicely now but I am just finding it hard to type!
Looks like you are getting on with your house there, I am sure that it will be fantastic when you are all done.
It is blue sky today here, just what we need!
Take care Jenny.
All the best

Martin: So you’re saying that your wobbly feeling was worse than mine just because you were the one that got cut? Geez, you wimp! I guess it wasn’t one of those cuts where the knife was so sharp you didn’t feel it? Ugh, getting that wobbly feeling again. Good to hear that it’s healing well.
Yes, the house is almost done! The painting will be finished on Saturday and if all goes to plan, I should have the finished product photographed early next week!

I wouldn’t know what to do either, but then we already have 3 cats, a fourth would just be one too many.. Although saying that, I couldn’t leave him either lol. I hope your sister takes pity on him.. :=)

I hope so too, although I have a feeling that she doesn’t want it
