I had the toilet to myself at work today. I’m one of two women at the office, and the other woman works part time, so there are 2-3 days per week that I’m the only woman there. There’s only one women’s toilet, which is also the disabled toilet. Because it’s a disabled toilet, there has to be enough room for a wheelchair to enter and manoeuvre around, so it is quite a decent sized room. Certainly beats the crappy cubicles that the guys have to use. So anyway, it’s like I have my own dedicated toilet there. Pretty neat. And the rail next to the toilet (for disabled people) makes a nice arm rest when you’re doing your business.

LOL
I hate public toilets and I can’t do my thing if I’m not at home or in a friends house cuz I trust them and I know its clean! lol

so is there only one cubicle? i.e. do you have complete privacy? I LOVE it when you can get a locked bathroom and do your business without worry of anyone barging in mid-poop.

yeah, those disabled people really have it made.
that bar on the side of the toilet is also good for propping up the tp roll.

A week or so ago (the week from HELL) I was in the disabled stall in one of the bathrooms in the library, and the goddamn automatic air freshener was mounted so low that it sprayed me in the eye!

in my work we have a disabled toilet and the mirror os on the door directly in front of you so you get a good view of your chuff having a pee… not cool or flattering

Uh … okies. Never thought bout the “want” of wanting your own bathroom. Dont’ think there has ever been a time that I ever had my own. Either at work or home. What does one do when they have a bathroom all to themselves??

Heh, QM, I don’t get people’s discomfort with public toilets, and being unable to use them. I just put stacks of toilet paper on the seat, and away I go!
For sure, c’lam, it’s a happy coincidence that I have to use it every time here.
It is nice, yaya! There’s something good about working in a male-dominated field after all
Yes, Reese, total privacy! It’s just one big room, and you go in and lock the door. It’s great.
I use that bar for temporary loo roll storage, too, phizz. It sucks when you run out halfway through, so I put a new one on the bar if it looks like I might run out.
That’s pretty impractical, Killy! It’s so stupid when you come across stuff like that - who thinks that putting it there is a good idea?
Ha ha, Missfee! Fortunately I don’t have to watch myself pee, the mirror is to the side of the toilet
Don’t knock that which you have not tried, Angie! What do you do? I don’t know - whatever you want! Sit and have a think about stuff, listen to the guys walk past and think, ‘ha ha I’ve got a toilet all to myself’… stuff like that

LOL this is a funny entry
And I appreciated your “things that piss me off” list. I should start one, too.
Love your flower, btw. THink I used that in a design once. Brilliant color.

I like to think I blog about the important stuff
Thanks, Reese - I used to have a more subdued design, but decided that I wanted something with a bit of colour. When I found this one, I thought it would be perfect
I look forward to reading your ‘Things That Piss Me Off’ list.

I love the things you post about Jenny! They always make me smile. I like those stalls too. I am 6 ft. Tall and I have really long legs, and it’s nice to not have them up around your ears while your trying too piddle.

Thanks Jessica
I definitely don’t have the height problem you do - if anything, I’d have the problem of my feet not touching the floor

while the bar by the toilets are great for resting one’s arm on… they are not good for aerobics or the like.

I’ll take your word for it, Tray
