I really hate it when people just sit there sniffing. I want to say to them, ‘Get a $@!!#$@ tissue!’ Today I was one of those people sitting there sniffing 
My nose was completely blocked, and I couldn’t breathe through it at all. I was dying to have an enormous sniiiiiffff (yes I know that sounds disgusting), since blowing my nose didn’t seem to do any good, but I was at work, and it would not have been pleasant for the people around me (not that that puts other people off doing disgusting things).
So I was surreptitiously trying to have little sniffs here and there, hoping that I’d be able to breathe properly again. It didn’t work, and so I was counting down the minutes until I could leave, and finally be in the cocoon of my car where noone would hear me in my full, unattractive glory.
And how sweet it was.

i hate a serial sniffer… but of course it’s ok if it’s me doing the sniffing

Nasal spray is a wonderful thing. I’ll take it with me to work tomorrow just in case I have a repeat of today!

The spray is fantastic. It’s the best invention, along with aloe vera tissues. Sniffing is indeed very annoying, which is why I was trying to be quiet! I’ll be sorted for tomorrow though.

My rubbish bin at work is full of tissues, so trust me, JR, I’ve been blowing my nose - it just doesn’t seem to make a difference!

sniffing is way better than when people clear phlegm from their throats and you just know they swallowed it and then do it again 10 seconds later. So very gross. Hope your sniffles go away quick.

That happened to me so many times at school. I just couldnt blow my nose as it was so bloked that if i did everybody would turn and look at me. But i was breathing so loud everytime! lol

What’s worse though is nose pickers in public!
Nothing makes me more outraged and queasy!!!!!
Sometimes i think about vomiting all over the nose picking offender and saying “Do you find that offensive?”
